水压试验是NLK倒虹吸管道竣工验收之前的最后一个试验项目,验证管道及各附属建筑物设计工况。对于PCCP管道,受地形、工期、工程质量等工程条件限制,若采用规范中的有关试验要求将难以实施。文章分析了不同规范的水压试验要求,阐述了水压试验的必要性,并针对NLK倒虹吸PCCP管道工程,从加强工程前期的管道压力分段、检修设施布置、管道接头打压设计以及严格控制管道制造、安装相关试验过程等方面,论述了PCCP水压实验要求、实验方法和实验的注意事项。
The hydrostatic test is the last pilot project before the NLK inverted siphon pipeline is completed and tested to verify the design conditions of the pipeline and its ancillary buildings. For PCCP pipe, subject to the engineering conditions such as topography, construction period, project quality and so on, it will be difficult to implement if the relevant test requirements in the code are adopted. In this paper, the requirements of hydrostatic test under different norms are analyzed. The necessity of hydrostatic test is expounded. In the light of the PCCP pipeline project of NLK inverted siphon, from the aspects of strengthening the pipeline pressure section, the arrangement of maintenance facilities, the design of pipe joints and the strict control Pipeline manufacturing, installation related test process, etc., discussed PCCP hydraulic pressure test requirements, experimental methods and experimental considerations.
