目的探讨茵栀黄注射液和妈咪爱散剂口服治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法将收治的88例新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组两组。治疗组43例采用常规治疗加用茵栀黄注射液和妈咪爱散剂口服,对照组45例采用常规治疗方法,对两组的疗效进行分析比较。结果两组患儿胆红素下降水平比较差异有统计学意义。结论口服茵栀黄和妈咪爱治疗新生儿黄疸疗效确切,并可减少患儿注射痛苦,而且方法简单易行。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Yinzhihuang Injection and Mommy Ai Powder in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods 88 cases of neonatal jaundice children were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. In the treatment group, 43 cases were treated with routine treatment plus Yinzhihuang injection and Mommy Ai powder, while 45 cases in the control group were treated by conventional method. The curative effect of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The two groups of children with bilirubin decreased significantly compared with the statistically significant. Conclusion Oral Yinzhihuang and Mommy love treatment of neonatal jaundice exact effect, and can reduce the pain of children with injection, and the method is simple and easy.
