一、概况四层砼空心中型砌块住宅,系由200号砼空心中型砌块,100号水泥砂浆水平灰缝,200号细石砼垂直灰缝砌筑。砼空心砌块厚度为180mm,壁厚仅25mm,高度为845mm,长度具650～2150mm 等九种规格,空心率约为50%。层高均为3.0m,由窗下一皮、窗间墙二皮共三皮砌块、一道255mm高圈梁、110mm 厚楼板及五道水平灰缝组成。±0.00标高以上,除内、外粉刷、楼(屋)面板面层为现场湿作业外,其余大、小构件包括圈梁和楼梯均为预制。单元式住宅平面图参见图1。每幢楼房由四单元组成(见图2),建筑总长54.40m,总高度12.50m,建筑面积为1964.28m~2。
I. Overview The four-story hollow medium-sized block residential building consists of No. 200 hollow hollow block, No. 100 cement mortar horizontal grey seam and No. 200 fine stone hollow vertical mortar joint. The hollow block has a thickness of 180 mm, a wall thickness of only 25 mm, a height of 845 mm, a length of 650 to 2150 mm and other nine sizes, and a hollow rate of about 50%. The height of each floor is 3.0m, composed of a window, a skin, a window, a wall, a total of three skin blocks, a 255mm high ring beam, a 110mm thick floor slab and five horizontal mortar joints. Above +0.00 elevation, except for the inner and outer paintings, the surface layer of the building (house) panel is wet at the site, and other large and small components including ring beams and stairs are prefabricated. See Figure 1 for a plan of a residential unit. Each building consists of four units (see Figure 2). The total length of the building is 54.40m, the total height is 12.50m, and the building area is 1964.28m~2.
