中药汤剂作为中医临床用药的主要剂型,有可以随证加减、灵活组方、易于吸收、起效较快、费用较低等优点。但因调配、携带、煎煮多有不便,汤液味苦量大不易被人接受等缺点。改革汤剂,使之适应现代人的要求,自然成为一种趋势。近年来,我院药剂科在应用单味中药浓缩颗粒过程中存在一些问题,对此作一分析,总结如下。
Traditional Chinese medicine decoction as the main dosage form of traditional Chinese medicine for clinical use, can be added and subtracted with the card, flexible group, easy to absorb, quicker, lower cost and other advantages. However, due to the inconveniences of deployment, carrying, and boiling, the soup has a bad taste and is not easily accepted. Reforming the decoction to adapt it to the requirements of modern people naturally becomes a trend. In recent years, the pharmacy department of our hospital has some problems in the application of the single-taste traditional Chinese medicine concentrated granules. This analysis is made as follows.
