体育的产生和发展有它的偶然性,也有它的必然性,而这种偶然性和必然性在我们的日常生活中起了很大的作用。作为祖国未来希望的青少年,大多数却对体育的认识虽不算一片空白也是知者甚少,一味地在数理化的题海中挣扎,在语英政史的堡垒中喘息,却不知道体育锻炼能够帮助他们提高学习效率。
