心肌缺血时的心肌收缩力降低以及心肌细胞膜透过钙离子的性能降低,和细胞内磷酸肌酸含量减少密切相关。实验研究证明,外源性磷酸肌酸能促进心肌缺血后收缩功能的恢复,防止发生心肌缺氧性挛缩,改善缺血区微循环,使坏死区缩小,并有抗心律失常效应, 观察大面积心肌梗塞(心梗)97例。均为男性,年龄25~70岁。71例(第1组)接受传统疗法:硝酸甘油,钙阻滞剂,抗凝,抗心律失常,强心,利尿等。26例(第2组)除传统疗法外,使用磷酸肌酸:心梗后6 h以内静脉注射2 g,然后把8 g溶解在200 ml5%葡萄糖液内静脉滴注2 h,心梗2~6天,
