以经济主义和消费主义为导向的生产方式和消费方式是不可持续的,而转变传统发展模式关键在于能够形成中国特色的物质生活简朴、精神文化生活丰富的消费方式。引导可持续消费模式建立应是政府的责任,而改变政策严重缺位的状况是其重要一环。当务之急,政府需要大力营造可持续消费的良好舆论环境,以多种途径加强教育和宣传,树立科学的消费观。从中长期来看,构建起我国完整的可持续消费政策体系离不开规范和明确的消费规则,需要加快建立和完善与可持续消费相关的法律体系。
Economic and consumer-oriented production methods and consumption patterns are unsustainable. The key to transforming the traditional development model lies in being able to form a simple and materialistic life style with Chinese characteristics and rich consumption patterns in spiritual and cultural life. To guide the establishment of sustainable consumption patterns should be the responsibility of the government, and to change the policy of a serious absence of status is an important part. In urgent need, the government needs to vigorously create a good public opinion environment for sustainable consumption, strengthen education and publicity in various ways, and establish a scientific concept of consumption. In the medium and long term, establishing a complete system of sustainable consumption policies in our country can not do without the norms and explicit rules of consumption. We need to speed up the establishment and improvement of a legal system related to sustainable consumption.
