自城市电视台诞生之日起,就一直有联办,合办(以下统称联办)节目存在的土壤,这是由我国国情和开门办电视的工作原则所决定的。湖州电视台现有联办节目10个,每天播出时间约30分钟,是全台整个节目播出体系中的重要组成部分。但是,由于节目的联办目的不同,联办形式各异,加上调控力度相对软弱,使这类节目成为收视链中的低点,甚至是底点。如何加强对联办节目的监管,提高联办节目的制作水平,使其健康有序发展,本文略作探讨。
Since the day of the birth of the city television station, there has been jointly organized and co-organized (collectively referred to as the Liaison Office) programs for the existence of the soil, which is determined by the actual conditions of our country and the principle of working in favor of opening a TV station. Huzhou TV station currently has 10 joint programs, broadcast about 30 minutes a day, is the entire station broadcast an important part of the system. However, due to the different purposes of the programs, the different forms of the Liaison Office and the relatively weak regulation and control make such programs the lows and even the bottom in the viewing chain. How to strengthen the monitoring of the Liaison Office and how to improve the production level of the Liaison Office to make it develop in a healthy and orderly manner is briefly discussed in this article.
