产业运行有其自身特征,把握产业发展态势,遵循产业活动内在规律,制定相应的扶持政策,这是促进经济发展的必要前提。本文认为,从世界范围看,产业发展趋势可概括为:现代、虚拟、融合。如果说“现代”表明技术的开发与应用,“虚拟”展示核心竞争力,“融合”体现产业的渗透力,那么,把握现代产业发展的走势,其精髓就在于:发展高新技术、促进自主创新、扶持产业集成。
