贵州省独山县是贵州省乃至大西南进入两广出海口的必经之地,素有“贵州南大门”、“西南门户”之称。全县总人口35万人,布依族、苗族、水族等少数民族占75%,民族文化厚重。近年来县委、政府高度重视独山花灯等民俗文化的传承与发展,形成了独具特色的民族民俗传统文化。但是与当地提出的建设文化大县的要求相比,在少数民族以及民间风俗的传承和保护工作方面还存在着需要改进的空间。
Dushan County, Guizhou Province, Guizhou Province and even the Southwest into the sea to go through the two places, known as “South Gate of Guizhou ”, “Southwest portal ” said. The county’s total population of 350,000 people, Buyi, Miao, Aquarium and other ethnic minorities accounted for 75% of heavy ethnic culture. In recent years, the county party committee and government have attached great importance to the inheritance and development of folk culture such as Dushan lantern, forming a unique traditional culture of ethnic folklore. However, there is still room for improvement in the inheritance and protection of ethnic minorities and folk customs as compared with the demands of the local culture-building major counties proposed here.
