采用连续浸提法研究油菜体内铜和锌的化学形态。在幼苗期,各种化学形态的铜和锌主要在地下部积累,向地上部的转运相对较少。铜在幼苗体内以活性较强的水溶态和醇溶态为主,锌在幼苗体内以活性较低的酸溶态和残留态为主。在成熟期,锌仍然是以活性较低的酸溶态和残留态含量相对较高,在植株体内的相互转运较弱。根和种子中各种化学形态的铜和锌的含量高于叶和荚壳,说明在成熟期,铜和锌均向油菜籽实中积累
Continuous extraction method was used to study the chemical forms of copper and zinc in rape. During the seedling stage, copper and zinc in various chemical forms mainly accumulate in the lower part of the earth and transport relatively little to the upper part. Copper is mainly active in water-soluble and alcohol-soluble forms in the seedlings. Zinc is mainly active in acid and residual forms with low activity in seedling. At the mature stage, zinc is still relatively low in active and residual forms, with relatively low levels of intracellular transport. The contents of copper and zinc in various chemical forms in roots and seeds were higher than those in leaves and pods, indicating that both copper and zinc accumulate in the rapeseed during maturity
