叶轮在调质热处理后,在叶轮内孔处发现有1/3圆周的周向裂纹,应用断口分析、材质检测、显微组织分析、结构状态分析等,对裂纹原因进行试验分析。结果表明,产生裂纹的原因系裂纹原材料纯净度较差,内孔表面又存在由偏析形成的薄弱带在热处理淬火冷却过程中又产生较大的热处理应力而最终导致裂纹产生。
Impeller after quenching and tempering, the impeller bore found in the circumference of 1/3 circumferential cracks, the application of fracture analysis, material testing, microstructure analysis, structural analysis, the reasons for the crack analysis. The results show that the cause of the crack is that the raw material of the crack is of poor purity, and the weak zone formed by the segregation exists on the surface of the inner hole. In the process of quenching and cooling, large heat treatment stress is produced and the crack is finally generated.
