For more than two decades, although China’s reform of the tax-sharing system has made remarkable achievements, some problems have also been exposed. This paper analyzes the advantages of the tax revenue classification model in the United States and Germany and the content that our country can learn from and learns, and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the tax revenue distribution in China.
