2013年以来,我国P2P平台迅猛发展同时伴有大量违法犯罪事件,本文通过分析P2P网络借贷经济犯罪的类型、特点,试图找出侦防对策。
Since 2013, the rapid development of P2P platform in our country has been accompanied by a large number of illegal and criminal cases. By analyzing the types and characteristics of economic crimes in P2P network lending, this article tries to find out the countermeasures of detection and prevention.
