老年人的组织器官的老年性变化引起了生理功能的衰退,从而逐渐衰老,这是一个不可抗拒的自然规律。随着退休和社会职能的改变,很容易出现一些心身障碍。只有保持健康的心理状态才能减少疾病的发生,有利于延年益寿。 1.兴趣爱好是调节生活的杠杆,人到老年应该培养多种兴趣和广泛的爱好,这是保持健康的润滑剂。一个没有任何爱好,对什么都不感兴趣的人往往生活单调,性格孤僻,情绪沉闷。因为他们无所事事,大脑兴奋得不到转移,紧张的神经不易松驰,疲劳也不易消除。一个人如果兴趣广泛,爱好较多,生活总是充满情趣和活力,就精神饱满,心情愉快,这对身体大有裨益。
