广告是人们获取信息的重要来源,广告翻译应准确、达意,突显它的预期效果。本文根据德国功能翻译理论,探讨了它在广告翻译中的应用,通过修辞手法运用的分析,力图从理论和实践上论证功能翻译理论为广告翻译中的译者灵活地选择翻译策略提供了重要的理论依据。研究说明译者恰当地翻译修辞手法可增强广告的信息功能和呼唤功能。
Advertising is an important source of information for people. Advertising translation should be accurate and content, highlighting its expected effect. Based on the German functional translation theory, this article explores its application in advertising translation. By analyzing the use of rhetorical devices, this essay attempts to prove that functional translation theory provides an important theoretical and practical basis for the translators to choose their translation strategies flexibly. Theoretical basis. The research shows that translators’ proper translation of rhetorical devices can enhance the information function and the calling function of advertisements.
