一、概述目前我国的无油螺杆压缩机,一般都是低压的,两级压缩的排气压力不超过8公斤/厘米~2。为了适应石油化工和燃气轮机工业发展的需要,我厂于1976年研制了中压螺杆压缩机。根据大型燃气轮机组的要求,燃烧室要用16公斤/厘米~2的空气去雾化燃料,使其能充分燃烧。我们利用机组压气机末级有8.5公斤/厘米~2压力的排气,设计了一台进气压力为8.5公斤/厘米~2、排气压力为16公斤/厘米~2的中压螺杆压缩机。压缩机进口温度为95℃,排量为1.36米~3/分(进口状态),压比为1.8。由于受到机组安装尺寸的限制以及有关连接部份结构上的问题,压缩机尺寸较小,转子没有采用低压螺杆标准系列,而是采用了我厂1973年所研究的双边不对称摆线一圆弧形线(图1)。
I. Overview At present, China’s oil-free screw compressors are generally low pressure, two compressed exhaust pressure does not exceed 8 kg / cm ~ 2. Due to the installation of the unit size restrictions and the connection part of the structural problems, smaller compressor size, the rotor does not use low-pressure screw standard series, but the use of our plant in 1973 studied bilateral asymmetric cycloidal-arc Shaped line (Figure 1).
