肝脏对脂蛋白的合成、代谢及运转起枢纽作用,肝硬化患者肝脏细胞功能低下,脂蛋白、载脂蛋白的合成,血浆脂蛋白代谢转化、降解均发生障碍而导致脂蛋白质和量异常,引起血清胆固醇酯和高密度脂蛋白含量下降。脂蛋白(α)[Lp(α)]作为心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素已被国内外确认,而Lp(α)在肝硬化患者的变化很少报道,我们对30例肝硬化患者进行血清Lp(α)的定量测定,并探讨其临床意义。 一、对象和方法 肝硬化组共检测30例,均来自住院病例,其中肝硬化代偿期8例,失代偿期22例;男性22例,女性8例;年龄为28~70岁,平均年龄50.2岁。对照
