目的 :观察补肺阿胶汤加味配合红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组 30例患儿口服补肺阿胶汤加味配合红霉素静滴 ,对照组 30例单用红霉素静滴 ,观察两组疗效以及临床症状、体征、胸片、住院时间上的差别。结果 :治疗组总有效率达 10 0 % ,而对照组总有效率为 76 .7% ,两组对比有显著性差异 ;治疗组在退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部罗音消失时间 ,X线肺部病灶消退时间以及住院时间均明显优于对照组。结论 :中西医结合治疗本病其疗效明显优于对照组
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Bufei Ejiao Decoction combined with erythromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods: Thirty children in the treatment group were treated with Bufei Ejiao Decoction plus intravenous drip of erythromycin, and 30 patients in the control group were treated with erythromycin alone. The curative effect, clinical symptoms, signs, chest radiograph, length of hospital stay difference. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%, while the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%, there was significant difference between the two groups; the treatment group had significant difference in the time of fever, disappearance of cough, disappearance of pulmonary rales, X-ray lung foci regression time and hospitalization were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: Integrative medicine treatment of the disease was significantly better than the control group
