第二次世界大战后德国企业代表会体制的重建进程分为三阶段:第一阶段是企业代表会的复兴运动;第二阶段是在盟军规制下的法制化;第三阶段通过联邦德国内部劳资利益团体的相互角力,正式重建了企业代表会体制。企业代表会体制的重建既反映了德国人推动战后德国社会转型的努力,也反映出这种转型的复杂性。
After the Second World War, the process of rebuilding the German enterprise representative assembly was divided into three stages: the first stage was the rejuvenation movement of the enterprise representative assembly; the second stage was the legalization under the allied military regulations; the third stage was through the Federal Republic of Germany Labor interests of mutual wrestling parties, the formal reconstruction of the enterprise representative system. The reconstruction of the system of enterprise representatives reflects both the efforts of the Germans to promote social transformation in post-war Germany and reflects the complexity of this transition.
