现在大家逐渐重视师范教育了,认为师范教育是推进和革新教育事业的根本。这是极可欣喜的事。重视师范教育,期望在不远的将来,绝大部分中学、小学、幼儿园的教师都是师范出身;所教学校的级别与所受师范教育的级别相当。师大、师院出身的教高中,幼师出身的教幼儿园。学得高深些的师范毕业生教较高级的学校,学得浅近些的师范毕业生教低级的学校,似乎是顺理成章的事。据说别国大都如此;又听说某些国家的小学教师必得是大学毕业生,毕业之后还得受教育方面的专业训练,合格的才可以当小学教师。
