目的:通过优化卤乙酸衍生化条件和改进色谱条件,建立一种快速测定饮用水中消毒副产物二氯乙酸(DCAA)、三氯乙酸(TCAA)的检验方法。方法:水样经过硫酸酸化,甲基叔丁醚萃取,甲醇酯化衍生,用带电子捕获器的气相色谱进行测定。结果:DCAA在线性范围1μg/L~100μg/L,TCAA在线性范围0.5μg/L~50μg/L线性关系良好,线性相关系数均>0.999,加标回收率在82%~117%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<10%。结论:该方法操作简单,快速,重现性好,适用于水中二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸含量的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid method for the determination of dichloroacetic acid (DCAA) and trichloroacetic acid (TCAA) in drinking water by optimizing the derivatization conditions of haloacetic acid and improving the chromatographic conditions. Methods: The water sample was acidified by sulfuric acid, extracted with methyl tert-butyl ether and derivatized with methanol. The sample was determined by gas chromatography with electron trap. Results: The linear range of DCAA was 1μg / L ~ 100μg / L, the linear range of TCAA was 0.5μg / L ~ 50μg / L, the linear correlation coefficients were all> 0.999, the recoveries were 82% ~ 117% Deviation (RSD) <10%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and reproducible. It is suitable for the determination of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in water.
