随着教育改革的深化,教育部决定从2001年开始用5～10年的时间,在中小学普及信息技术教育,以信息化带动教育现代化,努力实现我国基础教育跨越式的发展。进入21世纪后,信息已经逐步成为生产力的重要组成部分,信息技术已经渗透到人类社会的各个方面。不懂信息技术,缺乏信息素养的人,将是信息时代的“文盲”。忽视信息技术,不重视信息技术教育的国家,必将被信息时代所淘汰。目前,信息技术教育已成为世界各国教育领域的热点。我国实施中小学信息技术教育,是迎接21世纪国际竞争的需要,是国内经济和社会发展的需要,更是中小学学生全面发展的需要。
With the deepening of education reform, the Ministry of Education has decided to use 5 to 10 years of time in 2001 to popularize information technology education in primary and secondary schools and to modernize education through informationization in an effort to realize the leap-forward development of basic education in China. After entering the 21st century, information has gradually become an important part of productivity, and information technology has penetrated into all aspects of human society. Those who do not understand information technology and lack information literacy will be “literate” in the information age. Countries that ignore information technology and do not attach importance to information technology education will certainly be eliminated by the information age. At present, information technology education has become a hot spot in the education field in all countries. The implementation of information technology education in primary and secondary schools in China is the need to meet the international competition in the 21st century. It is also the need for domestic economic and social development, and it is also the need for all-round development of primary and secondary school students.
