目前我国将文化建设工作视为经济建设中的重要工作,此外也将文化产业列入我国国民经济支柱性产业之中。出版传媒业在整个文化产业中占据主体地位,但是由于我国国有传统出版传媒企业具有一定的行业特殊性,极大地依赖着教材教辅的发行出版业务。对于传统的出版传媒行业而言,依靠政治政策优待对未来传统的出版传媒行业盈利并不具有持续性和成长性,传统出版行业应该积极寻找新兴业务发展与壮大。本文选取中南、中文、凤凰三家规模最大的国有传统出版传媒企业,通过对这些传统出版传媒企业转型期间盈利模式的分析和探讨,对如何最大化企业价值以及最低化成本,全面推进关于最大化资金利用率,提出相关举措。
At present, our country regards cultural construction as an important task in economic construction. In addition, it also includes cultural industries in the pillar industries of our national economy. Publishing media industry occupies the dominant position in the entire cultural industry, but due to the particularity of the industry, the state-owned traditional publishing media enterprises rely heavily on the publishing and publishing business of teaching materials and supplementary materials. For the traditional publishing media industry, relying on political policy preferential treatment of the future of traditional publishing media industry earnings is not sustainable and growth, the traditional publishing industry should actively seek new business development and growth. This paper chooses the three largest state-owned traditional publishing media enterprises in Zhongnan, Chinese and Phoenix. By analyzing and discussing the profit model of these traditional publishing and media enterprises during the transition period, this paper analyzes how to maximize the enterprise value and minimize the cost, Utilization, put forward relevant measures.
