近年来,我国高等学校普遍扩大招生规模。大学扩招带来了学生质量的下滑,班级人数的增加,导致大学特别是较低层次的高职院校班级管理承受着巨大的压力。面对新时期高职院校班级管理情况,结合自身班级管理实践,分别从四方面提出了管理措施或建议。强调班级管理不仅仅是一项工作,更是一项事业。
In recent years, colleges and universities in our country generally expand the enrollment scale. Enrollment expansion in universities has brought about a decline in the quality of students. The increase in class size has put tremendous pressure on class management in higher vocational colleges, especially in lower levels. In the face of the situation of class management in higher vocational colleges in the new era and in combination with its own class management practices, management measures or suggestions are proposed from four aspects. Emphasis on class management is not just a job, but also a career.
