新一轮基础教育课程改革随着新课程标准的制定已在我国展开。课程改革能否成功关键在教师,教师对新课程改革的理解与参与是推行新课程改革的前提。这就需要我们教师要认真领会新课程改革的精神,理解新课程的理念。教育作为塑造人的一种重要手段,教师作为实施教育手段的人,就需要研究传统教学思想中的不足之处,及时改进,创新教学方法,调整教学中师、生的角色关系,以适应社会发展的需要。一、传统物理教学的反思
