众所周知,情绪对一个人的认知和行为活动可以带来不同、甚至完全相反的影响,快乐和兴趣对学生的学习是起协调、积极作用,而痛苦、恐惧、愤怒则起破坏、干扰或阻断作用。中学阶段,是人的情绪充分发展的时期,中学生的情绪世界,早已不再是风平浪静的港湾,他们面对的是汹涌澎湃的大海。而中学生则像是一叶小小扁舟,在波峰与波谷之间寻找新的平衡。虽然这时他们已有了驾驭自己情绪的能力,但情绪的浪潮依然时起时落。而教师在一堂课上,要时刻掌控学生的情绪变化,调动学生积极进取的情绪,调节他们消极情绪,并充分发挥学习情绪的作用,提高学生的学习效率。
