建筑行业的发展和壮大是国民经济的反映,同时也是社会进步的支柱。随着城市化和市场化进程的持续加快,建筑行业得到了广泛重视,特别是在质量和安全两个方面更是成为建筑行业的管理工作的重点。本研究分析了建筑工程管理工作中安全和质量两项内容的现实状态,提供了提高建筑工程质量和安全的管理工作对策,希望从管理工作的实际出发实现对建筑施工质量和安全的全面控制,进而达到建筑工程管理的现实性、计划性、整体性目标。
