The Fourth Secretary-General Working Meeting of Refrigeration Institute of All Provinces, Cities and Autonomous Regions was held in Guangzhou on June 14-16, 1990. Twenty-seven people, including 37 secretary-generals and relevant comrades of the Refrigeration Institute of 20 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China, attended the meeting. At the meeting, Comrade Guan Dezhong, the second vice chairman and secretary general of China Refrigeration Institute, reviewed and summarized the work of China Refrigeration Institute over the past six years.
