产业集群生态化是产业集群发展的方向,政府和社会公众是推动产业集群生态化发展的重要驱动力。本文从政府、社会公众、企业三方视角出发,构建产业集群生态化发展的三方动态博弈分析模型,根据动态博弈模型计算三方利益最大化的均衡解。在此基础上,提出了相应的政策建议,为实现产业集群生态化提供参考。
The ecologicalization of industrial clusters is the direction of the development of industrial clusters, and the government and the public are important driving forces to promote the ecological development of industrial clusters. Based on the perspective of the government, the public and the enterprises, this paper constructs a three-party dynamic game model for the ecological development of industrial clusters. According to the dynamic game model, this paper calculates the equilibrium solution that maximizes the interests of the three parties. On this basis, we put forward corresponding policy suggestions and provide reference for realizing the ecologicalization of industrial clusters.
