目的探讨孟鲁司特钠片治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取江苏省响水县中医院2017年7月至2018年7月收治的50例过敏性鼻炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组给予布地奈德喷雾剂治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予孟鲁司特钠片治疗。观察比较两组治疗前后症状积分[喷嚏、流涕、鼻痒、鼻塞、局部体征]及炎症指标[白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)]变化情况。结果治疗前,两组喷嚏、流涕、鼻痒、鼻塞、局部体征评分比较,差异无统计学
