目的分析CT引导下射频消融和125I粒子联合用于原发性中晚期肝癌治疗中的效果。方法选择2014年1月-2016年1月进入医院的原发性肝癌中晚期患者52例,对其实施CT引导下的射频消融加粒子植入术,术后行TPS测定,在复查过程中评价患者疗效情况。结果治疗后,检查患者CT检测成像,52例患者肿瘤控制情况较好,总有效率为90.38%(47/52)。术后6个月~24个月内,随访调查数据显示,半数生存期是18个月,死亡4例(7.70%)。此外,本次研究入选的所有患者都未出现较为严重的并发症状。结论将CT引导下射频消融加粒子植入术运用于原发性中晚期肝癌治疗中,可取得较好的临床治疗成效,且不良反应较小,可将其大力应用于临床上。
Objective To analyze the effect of CT-guided radiofrequency catheter ablation and 125I particles in the treatment of primary advanced liver cancer. Methods Fifty-two patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma who entered the hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were evaluated by CT-guided radiofrequency ablation plus particle implantation and TPS after operation.
