我厂加工的一种后桥圆锥被动齿轮,齿轮上的通孔和沉孔中心线不重合,其偏心距为1mm,见图1。我们在Z535立式钻床加工无法满足工艺要求,为此我们设计了组合钻床夹具,解决了这一问题。 组合式钻床夹具的结构见图2。它主要由芯轴1、定位盘6、导向板7等件组成。芯轴5安装在夹具体1上,由螺母2拧紧,但不能拧得太紧,留有适当的间隙,以便使芯轴5能转动灵活。定位盘6由螺钉固定在芯轴5上,定位盘的大外圆铣有若干勾槽,数量与工件上的孔数相同,以便让钻头和铁屑通过。导向板7通过键9安装在芯轴5的上端部,键9使导向板上的导向孔对准定位盘上的沟槽,键9用螺钉固定在芯轴上,防止
I plant processing a rear axle conical passive gear, the gear on the hole and the sink hole center line does not overlap, the eccentricity of 1mm, see Figure 1. Our Z535 vertical drilling machine can not meet the process requirements, for which we have designed a combination of drilling fixture, to solve this problem. The structure of the combined drill press fixture is shown in Fig.2. It is mainly composed of the mandrel 1, the positioning plate 6, the guide plate 7 and other components.
