一、教学背景:1.本单元的阅读部分围绕一群中学生讨论设计自己学校的校报展开。多数学生有过办墙报或小报纸的经历,可以从学生自己的经验出发,引导学生对文章进行整体理解。文章内容和学生的生活有一定的联系,因此在引导学生理解文章的同时,也可以指导学生一起办一份自己的英语报纸,以激发学生的学习兴趣。本课的核心词汇和词组包括:suggest、vote for、elect、chief editor等。
First, the teaching background: 1. The reading part of the unit around a group of high school students to discuss the design of their school’s school newspaper started.
