微量泵是一种定容型输液泵。其优点是定时精度高,流速稳定且用液量少,体积小,便于移动。常用50ml注射器,泵上设有多种报警功能,有些微量泵内置还设有可自动充电电池。临床上微量泵多用于输入血管活性药物、抗心律失常药物、婴幼儿输血、输液、高浓度补钾,以及持续输入镇痛、镇静药物。本文就临床上常见的几种药物使用微量泵注射的方法和体会。报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料我院2010年3月-2013年12月使用微量注
