在0.36mol/LNH4Cl-0.04mol/LNH3H2O(pH8.31)支持电解质中,溶菌酶(LE)产生一个极谱催化氢波,峰电位为-1.80V(vs SCE).该极谱催化氢波二阶导数峰电流与LE浓度在 1.2 × 10-8-5.6 × 10-8mol/L范围内有线性关系.用于鸡蛋清中LE的测定,结果满意.
Lysozyme (LE) produced a polarographic catalytic hydrogen wave with a peak potential of -1.80V (vs SCE) in 0.36 mol / L NH4Cl-0.04 mol / L NH3H2O (pH 8.31) The second derivative peak current of this polarographic catalytic hydrogen wave has a linear relationship with LE concentration in the range of 1.2 × 10-8-5.6 × 10-8 mol / L. LE for the determination of egg white, the results are satisfactory.
