据相关数据显示,引进国外先进的管理方式并结合国内企业实际情况进行创新已成为企业增强综合实力与竞争力的重要途径。而引进、吸收、创新国外先进管理方式迫切需要一大批高精尖的企业管理人才,因此创新高职院校《现代企业管理》实践教学的模式和理念是企业发展的内在需求。笔者在《现代企业管理》实践教学中,运用ERP进行实践教学,大大提高了高职院校学生的学习积极性与专业技能。
According to the relevant data, introducing advanced foreign management methods and innovating with the actual conditions of domestic enterprises has become an important way for enterprises to enhance their overall strength and competitiveness. The introduction, absorption and innovation of advanced management methods urgently require a large number of highly sophisticated management personnel. Therefore, the mode and concept of “modern enterprise management” practice teaching in higher vocational colleges are the inherent requirements of enterprise development. In “modern business management” practice teaching, the author uses ERP to carry out practical teaching, which greatly improves the learning enthusiasm and professional skills of students in higher vocational colleges.
