郑州临空经济区是我国经济战略布局重要环节,现阶段发展势头良好,得到中央与地方政府政策扶持,拥有地处中原的区位优势,但同时面临激烈的区域竞争、省内资源与环境负荷大、科教文卫事业欠发达等诸多挑战。省政府明确将郑州临空经济区功能定位为:“国际物流中心”、带动相关行业发展与升级、内陆开放门户、区域经济引擎,笔者认为首先建设国际航空货运中心,集中精力发展信息产业,寻找突破口。
Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone is an important part of the strategic layout of China’s economy. At this stage, the development momentum is good. It is supported by the policies of the central and local governments and enjoys the geographical advantage of being located in the Central Plains. However, it faces fierce regional competition and large resources and environmental burden in the province , Science, education and health undertakings and many other challenges. The provincial government explicitly defined the function of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone as: “International Logistics Center”, which led to the development and upgrading of related industries, the inland opening door and the regional economic engine. The author believes that firstly, building an international air cargo center and concentrating on information development Industry, looking for a breakthrough.
