目的观察葱白提取物对慢性心肌缺血大鼠心梗面积、超氧物歧化酶含量(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialolehyde,MDA)、总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)的影响及保护机制,为临床治疗心肌缺血寻找新的药物。方法健康雄性SD大鼠40只,按体重排序以随机数字表法分为假手术组、空白模型组、葱白提取物组和依那普利组,每组10只。结扎左冠状动脉后3 d给药。给药体积为2 ml/kg。假手术组和空白模型组给与同等体积生理盐水、葱白提取物组按600 mg/kg给药、依那普利组按80 mg/kg给药。给药后用八导数据分析记录仪观察记录其心电图变化。3 h后处死检测其血清T-AOC、MDA、SOD,红四氮唑染色法测定其心梗面积。结果葱白提取物可减少大鼠心梗面积,显著降低大鼠血清中MDA、升高SOD及T-AOC水平。结论葱白提取物对慢性心肌缺血大鼠心梗面积有显著改善作用,和依那普利相当。
Objective To observe the effects of scallion extract on myocardial infarct size, superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialolehyde (MDA), total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in chronic myocardial ischemia rats ) And protection mechanism, looking for new drugs for clinical treatment of myocardial ischemia. Methods Forty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, blank model group, Allium extract group and enalapril-treated group according to their body weight. The sham operation group and the blank model group were given the same volume of normal saline, light blue extract group 600 mg / kg, enalapril group 80 mg / kg. After administration with eight guided data analysis recorder observed changes in ECG. After 3 h, the serum T-AOC, MDA, SOD were measured and the myocardial infarct size was determined by red tetrazolium staining. Results Scallion extract can reduce myocardial infarct size, significantly reduce serum MDA, increased SOD and T-AOC levels. Conclusion The extract of scutellaria on myocardial infarction in rats with chronic myocardial ischemia have a significant improvement, and enalapril equivalent.
