风暖了,阳光暖了,经意不经意间,已是春光融融了。 今年的春天来得有些早,春风中些微的丝丝凉意,依然让我们不时回首刚刚过去的难忘羊年。 2003年,有太多的人和事让人难以忘怀。履新不久的新一届中央集体,以团结创新务实为民的形象展示了新一代国家领导人的风采;成千上万的白衣天使们,以战士般的坚强打赢了一场可歌可泣的SAS阻击战;党的十六届三中全会以五个统筹的科学发展观,为我国今后的发展指明了道路,告诉我们如何使全面小康的宏伟蓝图变成现实。
