(2002年——2012年)2002年6月29日,九届全国人大常委会第二十八次会议审议通过了《中华人民共和国政府采购法》。7月,财政部印发《关于贯彻实施<中华人民共和国政府采购法>的通知》。10月,国务院办公厅印发《中央国家机关全面推行政府采购制度的实施方案》。11月,政府采购法颁布后的首次全国政府采购工作会议在河北召开,会议就贯彻落实政府采购法作出部署。2003年1月1日,《中华人民共和国政府采购法》正式实施,我国政府采购工作进入法制化时代。1月,中央国家机关政府采购中心成立。8月,国务院办公厅转发财政部《关于全面推
(2002 - 2012) On June 29, 2002, the 28th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People’s Congress examined and adopted the “Government Procurement Law of the People’s Republic of China.” In July, the Ministry of Finance issued the “Notice on Implementing the Government Procurement Law of the People’s Republic of China.” In October, the General Office of the State Council issued the Implementation Plan for the Central Government to Fully Implement the Government Procurement System. In November, the first national government procurement meeting after the promulgation of the Government Procurement Law was held in Hebei. The meeting made arrangements for the implementation of the government procurement law. January 1, 2003, “People’s Republic of China Government Procurement Law,” the official implementation of our government procurement work into the legal era. In January, the Central Government Organs Government Procurement Center was established. In August, the General Office of the State Council forward the "Proposal on Comprehensive Push
