１９９２年以来，我们采用唇龈沟进路鼻中隔鼻底转移粘（软）骨膜瓣修补鼻中隔穿孔８例，效果满意。现报道如下。临床资料一、一般资料本组８例中，男６例，女２例；年龄２８－５４岁。穿孔原因：外伤性２例；冷冻治疗所致１例；长期吸入铬酸气体或水泥粉尘３例；原因不明２例
