2001年4月19日编辑部收到四川省泸县云锦镇一名乡村医生的来信,信中反映当地乡村医生经济负担较重的问题。信中说:“每年需要上交的各种费用有卫生局验证费250.00元,镇卫办管理费240.00元。药检每种250.00元,两器抽验240.00元,消毒液抽查70.00元,继续医学教育费200.00～500.00元,每年地税局收取个人所得税240.00以及工商行政管理费(1999～2000年为240.00元)等”。如果这名乡村医生反映的情况是真实的,我们觉得应引起当地行政领导,特别是卫生行政部门的领导的重视。
