基于基片集成波导(SIW)设计了一种具有良好带外抑制的滤波器。SIW结构是传统矩形波导结构的一种变形,且电磁波在SIW中传输的特性与在传统金属波导结构中的相类似。通过在SIW的金属地表面蚀刻DGS,滤波器在SIW截止频率以下产生了一个通带,同时滤波器二倍、三倍中心频率也低于SIW截止频率。滤波器中心频率为8GHz,16和24GHz处的回波损耗接近0dB,插入损耗也分别为-34dB和-19dB。当其作为振荡器的选频网络时,振荡器的谐波抑制度得到很大提高。实际测试的并联反馈式振荡器振荡频率为7.97GHz,输出功率达6.67dBm,相位噪声在偏移载波100kHz处低于-101.4dBc/Hz,二次谐波抑制度约为47.7dB。
A filter with good out-of-band rejection was designed based on SIW. The SIW structure is a variation of the conventional rectangular waveguide structure and the transmission of electromagnetic waves in the SIW is similar to that of the conventional metal waveguide structure. By etching DGS on the metal surface of the SIW, the filter produces a pass band below the SIW cut-off frequency while the filter is doubled with the triple center frequency also lower than the SIW cutoff frequency. The center frequency of the filter is 8GHz. The return loss at 16 and 24GHz is close to 0dB, and the insertion loss is -34dB and -19dB respectively. When used as an oscillator’s frequency-selective network, the harmonic suppression of the oscillator is greatly increased. The actual measured shunt feedback oscillator oscillation frequency of 7.97GHz, the output power of 6.67dBm, the phase noise offset carrier at 100kHz below -101.4dBc / Hz, the second harmonic suppression of about 47.7dB.
