城镇化进程的不断加快,城市居民生活水平的不断提升,老龄化社会的快速发展等,都促使着家庭服务成为城市居民生活的必要需求,家庭服务需求激增,供需矛盾严重,究其原因主要是家庭服务业人才严重不足,而家庭服务业从业人员大多为女性。为缓解家庭服务供需矛盾问题,一方面需要大力培养家庭服务业女性专业管理人才,促进行业向专业化、职业化发展,另一方面要加强家庭服务业从业人员的培训与培养,提升服务能力和水平。
