以往的工作曾对甾体17-螺旋内酯的结构与生理作用的关系进行了研究,现从(Ia)与(Ib)出发,用不同的生物氧化的方法使引入11α或11β羟基,再经铬酸氧化法获得相应的C11羰基衍生物:
