有机玻璃在解剖标本的封装中不失为一种良好的材料，目前市面上已有多种厚度的无色和彩色有机玻璃。在标本的设计和制作中，有时尚需金黄色有机玻璃，但市面上目前尚无该种材料。敌本文介绍一种用烫金纸制作金黄色有机玻璃的方法：1）材料：烫金纸、立得宝胶水，铁质熨斗（2只）、电炉、水浴槽、操作平台等。2）制作方法：①准备；根据需要切取相应尺寸的烫金纸及相应厚度和大小有机玻璃；水浴槽内盛装适量冷水。②在有机玻璃板上均匀涂抹薄层立得宝胶水，将烫金纸均匀、平整地粘于上面，注意金面朝向有机玻璃方向，防止方向粘反。③将熨斗在电炉上加热1至3分钟，温度100－150C左右。④立即将熨斗在已粘好烫金纸＃盖有温毛巾的有机玻璃上向一个方向用力均匀地熨制2分钟左右，当熨斗温度下降后即刻更新。⑤将烫好的有机玻璃立即放入水浴槽中冷却10到20分钟。③撕去有机玻璃上面的薄层资料烫金纸底纸，有机玻璃烫金程序结束。金黄色有机玻璃即制作完成。本方法的关键点：①粘胶均匀；②掌握好熨制温度及时间，用力均匀；③必须立即骤冷；④个别部位烫金不使可重复烫制，其它部位不受影响。应用本法制作的金黄色有机玻璃根据需要即可使用，如锯切、弯曲等应用操作。本方法简单易行，便于掌握。金黄色有机玻
