发生于泌尿道的肾原性腺瘤并不多见。作者报了10例发生于膀胱的肾原性腺瘤,病人年龄23～67岁,男。女各5例。表现的症状有血尿(3)和排尿刺激症状(4例),3例无症状者是在膀胱镜检查时发现的。10中有8例是肾移植病人。还有1例43岁的女性病人,因反复发作的膀胱炎而做膀胱镜检查。在膀胱颈部活检发现浸润性鳞癌,行膀胱部分切除。术后4个月复查膀胱镜,在三角区发现一小的乳头状病变,活检证实为肾原性腺瘤。
Occurred in the urinary tract of renal primary adenoma is rare. The authors reported 10 cases of renal prostatic adenoma occurred in the bladder, the patient aged 23 to 67 years old, male. Five women each. Symptoms were hematuria (3) and urinary irritation (4), and asymptomatic 3 were found during cystoscopy. Eight of 10 patients were renal transplant patients. Another 43-year-old female patient underwent cystoscopy due to recurrent cystitis. In the bladder neck biopsy found invasive squamous cell carcinoma, partial bladder resection. Cystoscopy was performed 4 months after surgery, and a small papillary lesion was found in the triangle area. The biopsy confirmed renal adenoma.
