在运动生理学上常用时值作为衡量神经和肌肉兴奋性的客观指标以及评定运动员的训练程度。通常组织的兴奋性愈高,它的时值就愈短。在临床上常用时值来确定交配肌肉的神经通路是否完整和诊断下运动神经元病变等。用电刺激运动神经进入肌腹点(运动点)来诊断肌肉失去神经支配或重新获得支配是一个有用的试验方法。高强等人曾研究肌损伤与废用性肌萎缩对时值的影响。作者查阅了有关文献资料,国内外学者曾利用时值测量法在运动生理学和临床诊断方面已作了一些研究,但尚未见到以时值作为衡量按摩作用的客观指标。因此,本文拟从腰腿痛患者的时值变化,探讨按摩作用的机理和时值测量法在运动生理学和运动医学方面的应用价值。
Time-use values are commonly used in exercise physiology as objective measures of neurological and muscular excitability and in assessing athlete training. The higher the excitement of the tissue, the shorter it usually takes. Time-value clinically used to determine the mating muscle of the neural pathway is complete and the diagnosis of motor neuron disease and so on. It is a useful test to use electrical stimulation of the motor nerve into the muscle crest (movement point) to diagnose the muscle loss of innervation or regain control. Gao Qiang et al. Studied the effects of muscle damage and disuse muscle atrophy on time. The author consulted the relevant literature, domestic and foreign scholars have made some research in exercise physiology and clinical diagnosis using time-value method, but have not yet seen the objective value of time as a measure of the role of massage. Therefore, this article intends to explore the mechanism of massage and the value of time-based measurement in exercise physiology and sports medicine from the changes of the time of patients with low back pain.
