研究黄背木耳对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。通过小鼠迟发型变态反应、ConA诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验、血清溶血素抗体生成试验、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验、小鼠碳粒廓清试验等方法,测定黄背木耳对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。黄背木耳能显著有效的增强正常Balbc小鼠迟发型变态反应免疫、淋巴细胞转化能力和NK细胞活性。黄背木耳能够从细胞免疫功能方面达到增强正常小鼠免疫系统功能的作用。
